The purposes for which
this Corporation is organized are exclusively for charitable,
scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the
"Code"), and include the following:
- To own or operate assisted
living facilities
- To provide services including
health care, child care, intergenerational programs, home care and
home health and assisted living services.
- To pursue nonprofit charitable,
scientific, and educational endeavors that are tax exempt under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
- To engage in any other lawful
activity which may hereafter be authorized from time to time by the
Board of Directors of the Corporation; provided, however, that the
purposes for which the Corporation is formed shall at all times apply
with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as currently
enacted or hereafter amended.
