Nate Oglesby
Nate Oglesby joined the Mountain Meadows staff as of
May, 2006. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Registered
Nurse who has 20 plus years working with the geriatric population. He
has served on both State and Local committees involving Health Care
issues in long term care and advisory boards for Wenatchee Valley
College and Wenatchee Public Schools. |

Grace Lynch
Grace Lynch is a retired
Registered Nurse who has worked in several capacities in the area.
Most recently as a Nursing Consultant with the Department of
children’s Services with the Department of Social and Health
Services. She has served on many Boards such as Wenatchee Valley
College board, Central Washington Hospital Board, Family Planning
Board, the Symphony Board and Association of University Women Branch
Board. She currently serves on the Wenatchee Museum and Cultural
Center Board and is a Surgical Liaison at the Central Washington
Hospital.
She was married to the former Mayor Jim Lynch of Wenatchee and
remains very active in the community. |

Tony Banks Mr.
Banks was formerly the Board Chairman and was also one of the
founding board members. Mr. Banks is retired from income property
lending and apartment management in the Puget Sound area. He has
served as a board member of a large independent care facility in
Bellevue, as well as a board member of Episcopal Retirement Homes in
Seattle. He has been a resident of Leavenworth for seven years and
is active in the Leavenworth Rotary Club.

Sally Bauer
Sally Bauer is a founding board
member. She has been a resident and active community volunteer since
1978. She is a member of the Leavenworth Golf Club and a Patron of
the Leavenworth Summer Theater. Sally holds a B.A. and M.A. in
Education and retired after thirty years of teaching in Wenatchee. |

Jon Wheeler
Mr. Wheeler joined the Board in 2004.
He is serving as President of the board. Mr. Wheeler is the
President of Jon D. Wheeler, PS, a CPA firm specializing in
organization planning services and litigation support. He has made
his home in Leavenworth for 16 years. Mr. Wheeler is a member of the
Rotary Club of Leavenworth. He is also a member of the Boards of
Directors of the Leavenworth Summer Theater, Leavenworth Golf Club
and Projekt Bayern. |

Darrin Rylaarsdam
Mr. Rylaarsdam
joined the board in February of 2008. He has lived and worked in
Leavenworth for the past nine years, first arriving as a lender at
Cashmere Valley Bank. He is currently an Assistant Vice President
and will be attending Pacific Coast Banking School this summer at
his alma mater, the University of Washington. Darrin is a father of
four and is actively involved in the Leavenworth Church of the
Nazarene where he currently serves as a Steward on the church board. |

Glenda DeVore
Ms. DeVore is a
founding board member. She previously worked in administration for the
local hospital, Cascade Medical Center. She has lived in Leavenworth
for 10 years and is active in the community including Friends of the
Library, CMC Volunteer, Autumn Leaf Festival, Chelan County Fire
District #3 Auxiliary, and the Leavenworth Women's Exchange. |

Carol Forhan
Ms. Forhan is a co-owner and
advertising manager for the local newspaper, The Leavenworth Echo
along with 4 other newspapers and 4 visitors guides in North Central
Washington called NCW Media, Inc. Carol joined the board in 2005 and
is currently on the Leavenworth Museum and Historical Society board,
Empty Bowls and is an ordained deacon in the Episcopal Church. Carol
is a cancer survivor and also is a mentor for the American Cancer
Society's Reach to Recovery program and is a cancer advocate and
chemo buddy for the Wellness Place in Wenatchee.

Brad Blackburn
Mr. Blackburn joined the board in
2007. He works in Leavenworth as a Financial Planner with Freedom
Financial Advisors. In addition, he is currently the President
of The Leavenworth Rotary Club as well as the President of Cashmere
Youth Soccer. |

Lin Renberg
Lin Renberg is the Foundation
Coordinator at Central Washington Hospital—a position she has held for
over ten years. She has lived in Leavenworth since 1971, and all
three of her children attended Leavenworth Schools. She previously
served on the Leavenworth Junior Miss and Wenatchee Habitat for
Humanity Boards.
Lin has been on the Board of
Directors of Alpenblick Homeowner’s Association since 1992 and is
currently president. She is active in her church, Cornerstone Bible
Church, and is a member of Wenatchee Sunrise Rotary. |

Gary Montague
Mr. Montague joined the board in
February 2007. He is Owner/Partner of Leslie/Bryan/Jones in
Wenatchee. He worked for the Wenatchee World for forty-one years as an
Advertising Executive. Gary has been elected or appointed to many
leadership positions over the years. He has served as President of the
Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce, Wenatchee Visitor & Convention Bureau,
Central Washington Hospital foundation, Music Theatre of Wenatchee.
Director General of Washington State Apple Blossom Festival. He has
served as Director of Central Washington Better Business Bureau,
American Lung Association of Washington, and Wenatchee Rotary Club just
to name a few of his accomplishments. |

Marcia
Patten
Ms. Patten moved to
Leavenworth from California’s Silicon Valley in 2004, and joined the
Board in 2007. She brings to the Board the experiences of three very
different careers: as a teacher for the blind and visually impaired;
as a helicopter pilot; and as a technical writer and editor of
chemical engineering patents. Ms. Patten also volunteers with the
Chamber of Commerce for Leavenworth’s many festivals. |

management company, Senior Services of America. |

Suzanne Vanderwerff
Suzanne Vanderwerff joined the
board in October 2009. She is the Senior Director of the Revenue
Cycle for Seattle Children’s Hospital, where she has been in a
leadership role since 1993. She has also owned a home in Leavenworth
for the past five years. Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in Health
Administration from the University of Minnesota. |

Senior Services
of America, LLC ("SSA") is the contract manager of Mountain Meadows.
SSA is based in Tacoma, Washington and specializes in the management
and operation of retirement and assisted living facilities. SSA
currently operates 15 buildings in 8 states with over 1,100 units,
including five buildings (398 units) in Washington.
SSA was formed in 2000 by Lee Field, CEO. Since 2001,
Randy Trettevik has served as CFO and co-owner of the company. Both
principals have and extensive background in the development, operation
and management of senior housing properties with combined experience of
over 40 years. SSA has a seasoned staff of operating and healthcare
professionals, as well as a full accounting staff at their home office
in Tacoma. |
