We are well
underway in securing the financing necessary for
our expansion project. CW Capital of Bellevue
has been engaged as the underwriter for the
financing. CW Capital is a recognized leader in
the HUD financing field and will be guiding us
through the process. We are moving forward
towards completing the remaining steps needed to
complete the financing. At the same time, we
are moving through the permitting process with
our building plans. Our objective is to get the
financing and permitting completed so we can
engage a contractor in time to begin
construction in the Spring of 2010.
The Marathon Development
design team met with several Board members,
staff, and residents in November to discuss the
color and design scheme. The existing facility
will be receiving a face lift as well.
