first major step in securing the financing
needed for our expansion plan. CWCapital LLC has
approved our loan request subject to obtaining
HUD (“Housing and Urban Development”) insurance
for the financing.
The application for the HUD
insurance has been submitted and we are now
waiting for HUD’s approval. It is expected that
it will take several months for HUD approval to
come through so we are now targeting Spring 2011
to get our project underway."
